Today’s featured artwork is Spring by Scott Ferman
Scott specializes in fractal flame artwork which is created mathematically using a computer. I really enjoy this work because of the colors of nature present and the changes in lighting level in the work. It has a feeling of Mother Nature in stained glass. The dark green above makes me think of a leaf canopy whereas the bright blue makes me think of a window to the sky. Click on the image or buy button to learn more and see more of his great work.

This is one of my favorites. It is a simply deceptive photo. The large snow covered evergreen trees look stately. You see a background full of them and a gray-blue winter sky. In front of the background trees in the middle you find a smaller tree that looks just like the Christmas tree that you always dream of.
